Leadership

Phillip has been with the church since 2021. He and Paula have been married since 2011, and have two children, Carson and Adaline. He loves time spent with his family and church, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and cooking.

Ethan joined our staff in 2026. He and Haleigh were also married in 2026.  Ethan has a passion for investing in students, helping them grow in their relationship with Christ, and using technology and production to support the local church. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, grilling, watching Tennessee football, and tackling hands-on projects.

Maddi joined as the Worship Leader in 2026. She learned to play guitar when she was 13 in youth group, and has been leading worship in some capacity ever since. Her prayer is that God would be magnified every Sunday morning through the body of Christ’s praise. She and her husband Tucker have been married since 2023 and have a beautiful daughter Campbell, and are excited to welcome baby #2 this December!

Kristine has been an employee since 2012. She is married to Steve Hinson and has two daughters, Krista Kay and Taylor Grace. She enjoys traveling, reading, coaching and volunteering her time by serving the Sumter community and using her administrative skills to aid the various ministries Orchard Community Church.
